The main reason I booked the hotel was its location in the Gothic Old Town. I found the expensive room, with a long balcony furnished with small chairs and a table, quite small. I can only imagine how much smaller the less expensive rooms without balconies must be. It was one of the top rooms.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped with taxis. the rooftop pool had amazing drinks. i enjoyed meeting other guests at the wine social hour each day. it was a great way to unwind.
My room was quite small, which surprised me. clothes storage consisted of open shelves. I prefer a proper closet. the hotel was noisy. I heard street noise and loud guests.

small room lacking hooks
the location was acceptable for moving around.
i was very frustrated with the size of my essential room. there was no space to put my suitcases without stepping over them. also, the bathroom lacked hooks to hang towels. the elevators took ages, with no air conditioning, this was very frustrating.

small room size inconsistent service
The location was acceptable, with access to nearby attractions.
I was quite disappointed with the room size. It felt smaller than expected. the service was inconsistent. Staff did not seem to prioritize guest requests effectively. I hope they address these issues to improve future guest experiences.
