The main reason I booked the hotel was its location in the Gothic Old Town. I found the expensive room, with a long balcony furnished with small chairs and a table, quite small. I can only imagine how much smaller the less expensive rooms without balconies must be. It was one of the top rooms.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped with taxis. the rooftop pool had amazing drinks. i enjoyed meeting other guests at the wine social hour each day. it was a great way to unwind.
My room was quite small, which surprised me. clothes storage consisted of open shelves. I prefer a proper closet. the hotel was noisy. I heard street noise and loud guests.

Staff was helpful. The room included a walk in shower and balcony. Breakfast was great. I was happy with location. Free bikes was available. Also happy hour was a nice addition.
Check in experience was terrible and take too long. The door key didn't work and it was replaced. I entered the room and someone else was already in there. I went up and down three times.

I was quite disappointed with the room size. It felt smaller than expected. the service was inconsistent. Staff did not seem to prioritize guest requests effectively. I hope they address these issues to improve future guest experiences.
